The Empire State Building
"King Kong Returns"Back in 1983 when Lime Contracting, Inc. was completing the exterior renovation of the world famous Empire State Building, the owner; Mr. Harry Melmsley, had asked Lime Contracting, Inc. to participate in "King Kong's 50th Anniversary Return to the Empire State Building." This turned out to be the largest building mounted balloon in the world. When King Kong returned to the building, he was a whopping 82 feet high.
